We help busy professionals move from overwhelm and disconnect, to clarity and self-trust. Bringing purpose and perspective back into focus, through structured coaching and meaningful conversation.
Coaching is a powerful, future-focused process designed to help you get from where you are to where you want to be - with speed, clarity and intention. Unlike therapy, which often looks back, coaching is about moving forward.
It's a structured, supportive partnership that helps you identify what truly matters, break through limiting beliefs, and take purposeful action in your life, work and relationships. When you’re pulled in a hundred directions, coaching creates a rare space to pause, reflect and realign.
Whether you’re stuck in a career that no longer excites you, feeling disconnected in your relationships, overwhelmed by time or financial pressures or simply wondering "Is this it!"- coaching helps you cut through the noise and reconnect with what really matters to YOU.
Carl Jung
For over 20 years, Christian was held back by deep feelings of imposter syndrome and anxiety, resulting in frequent changes in careers. Everything came to a head in 2019 when he began questioning his purpose in life and his value to those closest to him. Thankfully, he had the unwavering support of his partner, allowing him to take the risk to do a deep dive into himself, rather than looking outward for the answers.
This resulted in a huge amount of self-reflection, volunteering, training and no small amount of personal growth and development. He spent a lot of time exploring his past experiences, upbringing, relationships, education, careers, traumas, successes and beliefs.
Historically, he worked as a personal trainer and sports therapist, property investor and stock trader. As well as a number of other professions! However, he trained as a Counsellor and Facilitator to thread his passions for health, wellbeing, personal development, group work and working with people one-to-one.
The programs you see are a combination of psychology, executive coaching practices and tools to support you in regulating your nervous system.
Billy’s life has been historically characterised as one involving struggles to live with OCD, generalised anxiety, confusion of identity (particularly as a working-class male and who he should/shouldn’t be because of that label) and low confidence, amongst an ever-changing home environment.
Through a lot of inner work, healing, and introspection, he has managed to not only live with these troubles but accept them and embrace them as a part of his authentic self; a healthy narrative that acknowledges the facts without dismissing them due to their initial discomforting appearance.
He has been a happy and successful teacher of Religious Education and Philosophy for 8 years and has been practising as a coach for the past 2.5 years, working with students, teachers and parents- as well as private clients outside of the education sector.
Billy believes passionately that the use of language and storytelling is vital to living an authentic and fulfilled life. He focuses on the stories that clients tell themselves, their sense of identity that emerges from those stories, the thought patterns that unconsciously hold us all back and the values that can be unearthed in amongst that conversation.
